BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Maricopa County prosecutors dropped sexual assault charges against Colby Ryan, the eldest son of accused murderer Lori Vallow Daybell.
Ryan was arrested over the weekend in Phoenix, Arizona.
However, CBS2 news confirmed that Ryan is no longer in the Maricopa County Jail.
Fox 10 Investigative reporter Justin Lum tweeted that prosecutors dropped charges against Ryan "with prejudice."
That means prosecutors could re-file charges at a later date.
Ryan's mother, Lori, along with her husband Chad, are accused of murdering her two children along with her husband's former wife, Tammy.
